Welcome to the subscription services of FlashMate LLC ("FlashMate", "we", "us", "our") Mobile Application (the "App"). These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the "Subscription Terms") govern your subscription to FlashMate LLC’s services via our App. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read these Subscription Terms carefully before subscribing.

Understanding Your Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Overview

FlashMate LLC offers a subscription service that provides access to premium educational content and features within the App. The subscription price is $4.99 per month ("Subscription Fee"), following a 7-day free trial period ("Free Trial").

2. Free Trial

a. The Free Trial is available to new subscribers only.

b. You will not be charged during the Free Trial period.

c. To activate the Free Trial, you may be required to provide payment information. By doing so, you authorize us to charge the Subscription Fee to your provided payment method at the end of the Free Trial period unless you cancel before the Free Trial ends.

d. Any unused portion of the Free Trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

3. Billing

a. Subscription Fee: After the Free Trial period, the Subscription Fee will be automatically charged to your provided payment method on a monthly basis.

b. Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.

c. Updating Payment Information: It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date. Failure to process payment due to outdated or incorrect information may result in the suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

d. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings or by contacting customer support. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Changes to Subscription Fees

FlashMate LLC reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee at any time. Any change in pricing will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid, except as required by law.

6. Modifications to the Service

FlashMate LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the subscription service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Acceptance of Subscription Terms

By subscribing to the FlashMate LLC App services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.

These Subscription Terms are subject to change at any time, and in the event of any changes, the updated terms will be posted on our website and within our App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Subscription Terms.
